rode to the gym this morning...very foggy...can't understand why 95% of drivers DIDN'T have their headlights on...
Day 2b of my program...
- stretching
- incline bench dumbbell shoulder rotations - 12 each arm with 4kg
- dumbbell wrist curls & wrist extensions - 2 x 25 of each with 3kg
- bench db row - 3 x 6 with 15kg
- close grip pulldown - 2 x 8 (45kg)
- db pullover - 2 x 10 with 12kg
- bb squat - 3 x 6 with 30kg on the bar *increase in weight*
- leg press - 2 x 8 with 160kg
- leg curls - 2 x 10 with 35kg *increase in weight*
- standing ezybar bicep curl - 3 x 6 with 10kg on the bar
- incline bench db bicep curl - 2 x 10 with 8kg
- back extensions - 2 x 10 with 15kg
- stretching
still trying to find the right weights to use, hopefully sorted in the next week or so...
the fog had gone by the time I rode to work...
did some caching at lunch, including climbing a cool tree!
this afternoon's O is at Stromlo West and the courses are expected to be harder technically...I suspect the terrain will make it hard too...
