Day 2 program
- incline shoulder dumbbell rotations - 12 each side with 4kg
- dumbbell wrist curls & wrist extensions - 2 x 25 of each with 3kg
- unilateral seated row - 3 x 6 with 62.5kg
- assisted chin ups - 2 x 8 with 35kg
- incline reverse dumbbell flys - 2 x 10 with 7kg *increase in weight*
- leg press - 3 x 6 with 170kg
- eccentric hamstring extensions - 2 x 10
- single leg squat with dumbbells (resting leg on bench) - 2 x 10 with 12.5kg in each hand *increase in weight*
- dumbbell hammer curls - 1 x 8/1 x 6 with 12.5kg
- postman curls - 2 x 8 with 9kg
- back extensions - 3 x 15 with 10kg plate

in to work by 7:30am...worked through lunch and finished at 1:45pm...
was walking to my car when I realised I'd forgotten to bring my pocket wifi with me so I raced home then made it to Manuka 10mins before the game was due to start...not the ideal preparation!
the SA Scorpions set a reasonable target of 138 then managed to restrict the ACT Meteors to 118...this was a T20, tomorrow's match is a one dayer (50 overs) and then there's another T20 on Sunday...
