this morning was the usual gym session on the Day 2 program...accidentally upped the leg press by 25kg instead of 5kg (I meant to swap a 20kg weight for a 25kg weight but forgot to take the 20kg weight off first!)...I wondered why 5kg made so much difference...still managed to crank out 3 x 6 reps so I guess I'll be leaving it at that weight!
after work was the speedygeese session at Parliament House:

warm up: 2.94k (usual big lap plus lap around old Parliament House)
on lower grassy square...relay teams of 3 - sprint diagonal downhill (~130m), jog/walk across to other side, sprint uphill alongside flag poles (~110m), jog/walk across to other side...repeat for 30mins...
