New...

yesterday rode to work...it was pretty wet although it wasn't pouring...I must have passed a couple of hundred cars banked up on the Barton Highway to Northbourne Ave...I wouldn't have wanted to be stuck in that traffic...

in the afternoon I rang and checked about my car, they said it would be ready...

in the end I elected to catch the bus to pick it up as the rain was a bit heavier than in the morning...however when I got there (just before 5pm), no sign of my car!

it arrived 40mins later...I haven't paid for it yet as I think the mechanic knew I was in a hurry (and slightly annoyed!) - he'll ring today with the cost...at least it all works - the new immobiliser comes with a spare "stick" and I now I have a flashing red light on my steering column...

arrived at training all set to go...it was still raining but we could have trained...in the end with about 7 of us there to actually train, training was called off...a bit disappointing...

now just the one game remains to finish the season...
