I even did two push ups - not because I couldn't do more but because he wanted to see if my wrist could handle it...
no running yesterday but did go to footy training at chilly Amaroo...our youth girls trained with us for the first part, some of them are so small!
decided I'd do two run sessions today (with speedygeese tonight being the second) - the first one was 50mins at lunch...saw Roger P along the way on the other side of Acton Peninsula...

I have to leave pretty much as soon as I finish to try and find a taxi back to the airport - I'm hoping to be back before halftime in our match v Ainslie! one of our other players is running her 1st C2S but she's starting in the blue pack I think and will not make the game (I don't think she thought about it in any case)...
I'm umpiring at 10am Saturday before flying out at 3pm...
