seeing as I skipped speedygeese last night to attend footy training in full, I decided to do my own hills session at lunch today...
despite the persistent light rain it wasn't actually too bad...no wind either also made it quite pleasant...
I jogged down to the bottom of archbishop's hill and did 15 reps (~150m) after a quick stretch...I walked/jogged back to the start each time (that is, I walked to halfway down and jogged the rest of the way except the last one where I walked all the way)...
