I've been up early the past two mornings walking Huxley - Suze is in Singapore with another teacher and a handful of year 7 girls attending the UWC South East Asia 2010 Australasian Junior Conference...she returns Monday...so I have 3 more early mornings (no early mornings on weekends!) to look forward to in this stint...
last night I attend an ACTAFL Umpires training session at Manuka Oval...it was interesting, interval type work...they did some group exercises involving balls and you can see why most of them umpire instead of play (oh dear)...
I had a chat to the physio this morning while he was torturing me with more and different exercises about when I can return to playing...he reckons four weeks - the problem is not the fracture site rather the associated soft tissue damage...if things don't improve markedly in 3 weeks I may be having a cortisone injection...
today I did an easy run at lunch (footy training is on tonight), the highlight being the high 5 exchanged with Janene on Commonwealth Ave bridge as we headed in opposite directions...

That Janene is always running... somewhere. She's a clone I think.
