physio this morning...some harder exercises...I'm to switch to a shorter brace - probably the one I will play in if I need to wear one...

no running at lunchtime and didn't get to the Customs Joggers point score presentation - I expect Denis won...

I'm umpiring tomorrow (by myself again) at Kambah - Tuggeranong [3rd] v ADFA [8th]...Jodie's umpiring a Div 3 game, Tuggeranong [9th] v Ainslie [8th], on the same ground after my game...

Sunday I'll be doing the long course at Mt Ainslie before heading to Amaroo to umpire Gungahlin [7th] v Ainslie [2nd] with Jodie (she will then shoot off to umpire another Div 3 game, Belconnen [4th] v Harman [2nd], at Jamison)
