also my 100th Customs run since the surgery on my right heel...
my legs were a bit tight today plus it was breezy on the edge of the lake...felt like I was going slow but I was only a little off last week's pace...
we had to take detour on the small hill before the finish - instead of taking the right fork on the path we had to continue up the hill then turn right just before the toilet block to rejoin the usual route around the back of the bbq/playground area...
no heart rate info because I forgot to make sure it wasn't sitting on the edge of my bra! oops...

had my first physio session this morning...my right grip strength is woeful - barely 25% of my left!
heat was applied before I got stuck into some mobilisation & strength exercises...finished with ice & inferential treatment...
two more sessions booked for next week (Weds/Fri)...
no footy for the girls tomorrow but I might go watch the Div 2s play Eastlake at Manuka tomorrow...no other plans for the LONG weekend other than a caching expedition down south on Monday...and of course, watching some World Cup football!

Looks like it's raining on your blog!
There's always the Sri Chinmoy 5 mile around Telopea Park Monday - straight after the Aus V Germany game ;)
and now your rain comment makes no sense, seeing as I changed the template ;-)
That's better. It's the green green grass of Stromlo... um, I mean Augusta.
