just one event for me, the 5000m...the plan was just to run sub 23:00, with 22:30 an outside chance...
41 starters, 35 finishers, I finished 29th in 22:21.74...my 2nd fastest ever...but 6th out of 6 in the W40!

Well done. That's a good time. Nice splits too. Sub-16 from Bruce is fantastic. I bet Emma and Gary are slightly miffed!
