Heavy legs are a tell tale sign of doing too much or over training. Take care, may be need a day or two of nothing, or else it will be a week or two of nothing. Been there, done that.
I reckon it was the sprints! My legs were a bit second-hand this arvo.
Good sign though that formerly less used muscle fibres are getting a workout.
No running until Thursday so I should be right!
