Can't back up for the 10,000 metres. And sore legs as well!! Told you I have the answers. Pity I finish work too late to make it Thursday night, I'd kick you backside as well.
You could always go up Mt Tennent on Saturday morning with the boys. A short 25 km run, all up or down, no flat at all.
