for a change...what? me being sensible? surely not....

no Customs today as my feet have a couple of hotspots from last night - I forget to put my usual covering of Sports Shield on (oops)...thankfully I wasn't bothered by any ankle issues...

tonight we are off to watch the Caps play the Bulleen Boomers in the WNBL semi at the AIS Arena...

tomorrow is golf and then off to the Canberra Show with mum & dad - I haven't been for a couple of years...

Sunday is pennant golf @ Federal v Goulburn - we need to win our last two rounds to have a chance of making the finals...last week's loss (Suze & I won our matches but the team went down 3-2) has made it hard...will be doing my long run (90mins) in the late afternoon...
