back to work for me...rode in to Tim and then on to Parliament House after work...

a repeat of the session we have done for the last fortnight but this time I was Tim's "pacer" (he has a big triathlon on Sunday and didn't want to go to fast!)...

attendees: SG, Ewen, Cathy, Tim, Mick C (late?), Ruth, Neil, Yelena, Joel, Jodie, Yili, Rachelle, Carolyne & me...

warm up: 3.38k (initial partial lap to drop off drinks, back to the stairs then back to the drinks, then a jog through of the loop)

4 x 900m (100m easy/200m hard x 3) in own time...although I was "pacing" Tim I was actually going faster than previous weeks (still cruisey for him though!)...we did a 5th loop even though 2/3rds of the way through the 4th I swore I couldn't!

my rough lap times: 4:11, 4:35, 4:40, 4:49, 4:59

warm down: partial lap back to ramp (1.14k)

9.32k all up in 66:43...starting temp/humidity: 32.6/12%...

in other big news, Jodie & I booked and paid for our flights to LA/Honolulu!
