Golf, golf and more golf...

and the odd run or two...

played golf Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (9 hole Chicken Run) and today...my standard of play progressed from ordinary to winning a "chicken" yesterday to today's effort where I managed to play 3 shots better than my handicap...this means I get at least 10 more games on 16...

also fitted in two runs...

Thursday 1 Jan - ran around Amaroo and finished at the ovals where Suze & Hux were having a play-date with Scott & Bruce...

with about 9 weeks until the Weston Creek HM I'm aiming to be a bit more organised with my running...tomorrow will be the start of using Sundays as my "long" run day...

Mondays - speedygeese
Tuesdays - run (40-60mins)
Wednesdays - run (40-60mins) & twilight orienteering (starts again 14 Jan)
Thursdays - track
Fridays - Customs
Saturday - run (50-60mins)
Sunday - run (60-120mins)
