Tim and Al competed this morning...I manage to get down there and see the swim plus Tim coming through on the first lap of the bike leg before heading off to Campbell Park...returned in time to see Al finish...

fellow CR TigerAngel was doing her first Olympic distance and finished in 3:09:50, a fantastic effort!...I chatted with hubby SFGnome before the start after they spied me in the distance...
