that's how far short I was on completing the 1hr run tonight...the torrential downpour combined with the lightning put paid to the race...

I had completed 4750m when I pushed the stop button...with a goal of 1:55/400m I was about 46secs up on where I wanted to be and I was just feeling really comfortable too!

managed to persuade Suze to be my lap counter and she ended up doing the same for Peter Thompson...

looks like they will re-schedule for later in the program if they can fit it in...
