Tim & Al did the triathlon (500m swim/21k ride/5k run) on Saturday afternoon...there were 24 competitors in their category M30-39 and 160 overall...
Tim (1:05:21) finished 2nd M30-39 (14secs behind the winner!) and 15th overall while Al (1:15:56) was 12th M30-39 and 56th overall...
