first time running Customs in 4 weeks...and on the nasty Floriade course too!...my PB on this course is 23:03, some 1:28 slower than my PB on the usual course...
last year my best was only 24:17 (in 6 attempts) so I'm pleased that my first run on it this year was better than that...hopefully I'll get back into shape and crack 23:00 this year!
not a huge turnout...maybe due to the weather not looking too promising earlier perhaps...in the end it wasn't too bad...started with Richard M who finished first which meant I was somehow second (woo hoo, take it while I can!)...

today is mum & dad's 44th wedding anniversary and Tim & I are going over for dinner (ostensibly for Father's Day as mum issued the invites!)...
later tonight I will have to reacquaint myself with my golf clubs (hopefully there's no spiders living in my bag!!) - I haven't played since mid-June, the longest gap since I start playing golf in 2000...I hope I don't embarrass myself any more than usual tomorrow!

it's been awhile since I gave a fundraising update for the McGrath Foundation - it's at $1082 with a further $80 at least to be added from my entry fee rebate!!

tomorrow: golf (stableford) + the ACTWAFL Presentation night
