Customs was run in very wintry conditions...

no Denis to chase today but Kerrie started 0:30 in front of me while Geoff B was a further 1:45 in front of her...

my legs felt like ice blocks for a good portion of the run and the wind was quite stiff in the middle ks...i was then quite pleased to catch Kerrie with about 200m to go and then i pipped Geoff B on the line!...also happy to maintain my current run of sub 23:00 times (4)...

the point score presentation for the first part of the year was held post-run and i was very surprised to be announced as the winner by 10pts from Denis...Richard N was 3rd followed by Tony & Peter C...i got the pick of the prizes so of course i selected the chockies!

to top it off my number was drawn out by Doug in the raffle so i also scored a bottle of wine!
