i've decided to just have a steady week after my "I still can't quite believe it" 10k on Sunday...ideally i would like to run run around 1:46-1:47 for the Canberra half...
today i opted to only run for 40mins (I do have a little niggle in my right calf), tomorrow i will do only 50mins...
Thursday & Friday will remain unchanged with the usual speedygeese session followed by footy training & Customs respectively...
