tweaked my right adductors last night at footy so wasn't too sure how today would turn out or even if I would run...
jogged down to the start and things felt OK so off I went...

aimed to maintain a steady pace without really pushing it so I was quite pleased with how things turned out...secretly (!) this is the sort of pace I would like to maintain in one of the HMs later this year...
tomorrow we, the Gungahlin Jets, take on ANU @ Amaroo (10am)...ANU have been beaten in both their matches so we stand a good chance in this one (we should at least be able to put some points on the board!!)...all support much appreciated!!
