2 warm up laps (1.78k & 1.13k) followed by, for the "advanced" runners (!), 12 x 100m easy/200m hard then another small lap (1.0k) to warm down...all up 8.06k in 66:04...starting temp/humidity: 15.7/40%...fairly windy & chilly out there...
