Bike, car, run...

yesterday's ride to Fyshwick (9.75k, 25:57) was uneventful if quite warm...looks like they've done a good job on the repairs to my car...

dropped my bike off at mum & dad's then drove home and swapped cars to return theirs...the ride home from their place gave me the opportunity to practice some trail riding (13.22k, 44:42)...should be OK for Saturday although it might be a little trickier now with the rain we've had...

I am looking forward to tonight's 10000m champs...hoping to go under 49mins...
