had an email from Jodie - she got the shoes she wanted on sale (typical!)...she's on the cruise ship now and already had a go on the "rocking treadmill", running uphill/downhill according to the ship's movement!...she's going to run on the ship's running track so we should get to see some interesting mapping from her Garmin...
right calf seems a bit freer after yesterday's physio...I'm working on my balance with my wobble board - I can stand on it one-legged now...

We used to have an old ball for 'Hogans'. If we missed, we'd play two shots around.
