it's definitely more of a workout to combat windy conditions than it is to just ride fast!...if it had been raining I wouldn't have ridden in this morning!
meanwhile Jodie's swanning around the Hawaiian islands...yesterday she went "mudbugging" on the island of Kauai which involves driving two-seater All Terrain Vehicles off-road (on trails) and visiting waterfalls to swim in...she said it was "actually more dust which stuck really well to every [piece of] exposed skin in my body that I coated with sunscreen...I looked like one of those chocolate dusted almonds by the time we finished"!...today she'll be seeing the NaPali cliffs...she's keeping up her fitness regime - last night she was going to "hit the running track on Deck 6 [and] then [do] a circuit at the gym after to finish my day"...
their room on the ship has a balcony and she says she's "the king of the world" a la Leonardo di Caprio in Titanic...
we have a fire evacuation drill at work around 11.30am then I'll be off to my latest deep water running session...
