it felt like i was stationary as i rode home last night...

tonight's orienteering is at Commonwealth Park so it'll be short & fast (probably around 3k)...Jodie & I are doing it as a "group" again, it seems i push her harder than she would ordinarily go...but she's been attending pre-season footy (AFL) fitness training & footy umpires training so it won't be too much longer before she's pushing me!
