training on Monday was a basic short net session - no coach as he was in Perth and the players were a bit flat...i hung around at the end to keep to a leggie and chat to a couple of other players...
after dinner i became a blonde and might be adding another colour tonight in preparation for tomorrow's big match for ACT in Sydney against the Western Fury...
did another caching run at lunch with success had at finding both planned caches...the first one (5.82k, 32:29) "Thomas Cache" was near the Kingston Railway station while the second (1.50k, 8:52) "Tennis & Trees" was near the tennis courts near Telopea Park...ran 3.17k (19:45) back then walked the rest of the way...
picked up my MRI films this afternoon...the conclusion is:
"Tendinosis of the Achilles, both peroneus tendons and tibialis posterior. Haglund's deformity with associated retrocalcaneal bursitis and calcaneal osteitis"
next appointment with the doc is Friday morning so i will know the plan of attack then...
tonight we have fielding at Manuka then head to Sydney to stay in Liverpool for tomorrow's match at Rosedale Oval, Warwick Farm...

Bad luck on being pipped at the post in the Pointscore - doubling up in the Cricket season obviously took its toll.
I hope that everything goes well between now and the end of the season. Merry Christmas and Happy New Age Group (Jodie) for you, Huxley, Suze and Jodie.
