managed to arrive much earlier than usual to give myself a bit of a breather before starting...seemed like a bigger turn out today with more women too...the field always spreads out reasonably quickly and for a change no-one passed me but then i didn't pass any either!
tried to maintain a steady pace up the steeper bits, i think i'm managing to run a bit further each time...today i only walked on the really steep bits (for me) and where it was mostly steps (because it was hard for me to get a rhythm)...
managed to knock 16secs off my time from March...
after waiting for the last person to finish, ran back down with Flash Duck (who only just made the start) before going our separate ways...
picked up an entry form for the Jaggad Bush Capital Marathon and Ultra event (the links to this page need updating but at least you can see the course)...might try and organise a marathon relay team especially if i can get Jodie to run the second leg which is the shortest at 5.8k...the other legs are 11.2 (1st), 15.0 (3rd) & 10.2 (4th)...

Perhaps because you're 'concentrating on running'? I nearly knocked over my cup of tea when I read that!
