the week's schedule is thus:
Monday - rest
Tuesday - 4k @ 10k RP
Wednesday - easy 80mins
Thursday - 6x (2min/1minJR)
Friday - Customs
Saturday - 40mins + golf*
Sunday - 10k TT + golf*
* spending the weekend playing golf at Narooma, driving down Friday night & returning Sunday afternoon' hopefully i'll be able to fit my runs in...
