wore a long sleeve top but probably could have gone without it (the long sleeves, not the top!) as this morning was a little warmer than past mornings...
entered the Canberra Half Marathon online so that's out of the way (only 41 days to go!)...below is a copy of the route (click on it to get a bigger image)...
did an "easy" 50mins as per my schedule at lunch...

very happy with this run as it was particularly windy around the lake...my route took in Kings Ave bridge, a loop around Lennox Gardens and then Commonwealth Ave bridge...
btw, the maintenance work has shifted from Kings Ave bridge to Commonwealth Ave bridge but all should be OK for sunday...
i actually think i'm more excited about my "job" as a marshall than i am about running in the 10k although i'm keen for that too...i'm also happy with my position as it's very familiar to me from my training runs...
only 5 days to go!!
