jog down to the Amaroo school ovals to use the running track for the main part of the session which involved sprinting the straights & jogging the bends...a good solid workout although i was quite stiff in the initial 10:00 warm up...
back home to shower & change, waiting for Jodie & Suze to return with Hux who had a rendezvous with a friend called Musket...
we headed out to do some geo-caching interspersed with some shopping...first attempt (Canberra's Smallest) was a DNF but we had success with the other three (Hidey Hole, In plane View & Sparkie)...one of them (Hidey Hole) was placed at Jerrabomberra Wetlands and as we were walking back to the car a group of four runners passed us...i spied speedygeoff & Katie & called out to them whereupon they stopped briefly before continuing on their merry way...
