today's my first attempt to do two runs in the one day as an extra session has been added to the program...i'll only need to do this for one more week as my team's season will finish on 11 march (we aren't in the semis) & i'll have sundays back...

up early to do an "easy 40mins" with Suze (on bike) & Hux for company...the cooler weather made it easier for me to get into a rhythm earlier...

Hux went hard for the first 5-10mins then by the end he was quite sedate!...we even ran in the opposite direction to Jess & Jet (at about the 1.5k mark) and managed to keep Hux with us...
touch wood, my glute problem is only a dull ache (& not the sharp pain it was on sunday)...i may have to manage how i approach Customs later today though...
