an average run today...jodie didn't set a PB but did run her 2nd fastest time (29:47) - i told she should aim sub 30:00 for each run!

schedule for the weekend:
saturday - easy 90mins + umpiring (2nd day of 1st grade @ Majura 11am start)
sunday - cricket (v Bankstown @ Killara): last match of the season for us...this is the first time since the 1996/7 season that my team hasn't been involved in the finals...we will, however, be having a BBQ at the ground afterwards!...mum & dad normally come & watch the finals but seeing as we aren't in them they are coming up this weekend...

thats a shame you didn't make the finals!But on an up note you now have more time for other things (like running!)eh?
