doing this run on a flatter course, basically around Yerrabi Pond and saving the hillier workout for my sunday run...
umpiring was fun...eastlake all out for 132 (the pitch was seaming around in the first session), losing their last 4 wickets for 1 run; anu 5/105 overnight...

out a bit earlier because i had volunteered to drive jodie & suze to the airport...perfect conditions for the run...aim was to work a bit harder on the hills, only 3 ks >6:00 pace instead of 5-6...
umpiring was fun again with a great finish...anu all out for 164 with a 32 run lead then eastlake all out for 103 so anu only needed 72...they were 1/0 after 3 balls then 2/9 then went from 2/9 to 3/28 to 8/28!...in the end anu got home without losing any more wickets...
tomorrow's a rest day & the canberra day holiday...

Another good training week! How good is this Canberra Day?! Comm Games on 666 and Tele, nice and cool for a run this afternoon - brilliant!
