did my "easy 50mins" as per my HM program:

again the average was within my mcmillan "easy" range of 5:32-5:51 pace...
golf was fun although i didn't quite play to my handicap (only 1 shot outside the buffer)...
we all, including Hux, found a cache on Percival Hill...
Sunday
found a cache before & after cricket...
the less said about the actual cricket the better! suffice to say we got flogged...
Monday
this is the start of week 2 of my 14 week training schedule for the Canberra Half on Sunday 14 May...
This week's schedule:
Monday - rest (!)
Tuesday - intervals: 6x500m/1minSR
Wednesday - easy 40min + orienteering
Thursday - intervals: 4x1k/90secSR
Friday - Customs
Saturday - easy 50min + umpiring
Sunday - cricket
although today is a rest day, cycling isn't officially part of my training so i rode to work (plus it helps get rid of any residual stiffness from cricket)...
