yet again yesterday's ride home was hard, actually, i can't remember an easy ride home!

watched the cricket in between getting the house presentable for the sale photos which were taken this morning...the photographer was a nice young guy who took shots of the front, the lounge room, dining room, family room, kitchen, main bedroom (together with its ensuite & little courtyard), the second bedroom, the bathroom and, finally, the back...took him 50mins (he arrived just after 9.30am) then I had to wait 40mins+ for the next bus to get to work...hopefully everything will fall into place for the ad to be in this weekend's Canberra Times property guide...i think they use 3 photos in the print ad (our ad package has a 1/4 page ad for the first week and then 1/8 page ads for the following two weeks) and a total of 9 (?) on each of the websites (www.ljhooker.com.au, www.propertygudie.com.au & www.allhomes.com.au)...

despite being late in i still managed my lunchtime run with an easy 40mins...once again i was within my mcmillan pace range of 5:32-5:51 pace...

tonight's orienteering is at Mt Rogers in Fraser...normally a tough course, accentuated by the chest high grass!...jodie has even committed to do the Orange 1 course again...i knew i could wear her down!
