Canberra Half Marathon Training...

this week is week 1 of my 14 week training schedule for the Canberra Half on Sunday 14 May...

This week's schedule:
Monday - rest (!)
Tuesday - intervals: 6x1min/45secSR
Wednesday - easy 40min + orienteering
Thursday - intervals: 6x2min/1minSR
Friday - Customs
Saturday - easy 50min + golf
Sunday - cricket

until the cricket season finishes (mid-March for me playing-wise) i'll be doing my longer runs on saturday but will then switch to Sunday...

i'm quite enjoying not having to run today!

I see you have decided on the half....well that makes two of us.I thought i'd better do some before running my first marathon next year.More on my blog sometime.
