All looks promising...

our meeting with the real estate agent went well yesterday with about 8 offers received...they had narrowed it down to three and it was up to us to choose the one to go with...it's interesting what you have to take into account when making such a decision (i.e. buyer's motivation, finance options being taken, the buyer's lawyer) so hopefully we've picked the right one...if all goes according to plan, we hope to move the week after easter...

now to today...it was back on the bike to work this morning...

the stats:
start temp/humidity: 18.4/75%
start time: 8:15am
total distance: 15.38 (BC 15.72)
total time: 38:48 (37:54 without stoppages)
avg speed: 23.8
total calories: 478
avg HR: 116
finish temp/humidity: 18.4/74%

very pleased to report that the test match between Australia and India in Adelaide was over in 3 days with Australia winning by an innings & 4 runs...the women play ODIs more often than tests so it's great that they won so convincingly...they now play a 3 match ODI series starting on Saturday...there's plenty to suggest a close series as the Aussies beat the Indians in South Africa in the World Cup Final in April last year and prior to that (in December 2004) they won a 7 match series in India 4-3...

as pre-empted yesterday, i elected to do the Black Mountain Run Up again instead of my scheduled interval session...i almost missed the start, arriving with only a minute or so to spare...i used the run there as a warm up although i did have to put my foot down at the end...had a rest up the top waiting for everyone to finish (only 4 people behind me i think) then ran back down with FlashDuck, pretty much chatting all the way about cricket...i turned down the offer of a lift to continue running back to work...so it works out as a 3-part run as opposed to a 4-part when i did it the first time in january...and i was 26secs quicker, woo hoo...

Just keep on doing it, and you'll keep on improving.

Getting there with only a minute or so to spare puts the pressure on, so keep that up too. :-)
