The weekend gone & the week ahead...

after work friday the three of us went geocaching, back for a second time to one we couldn't find (we still couldn't find it!), then to one on black mountain which was based on intersecting lines from 4 places in Australia (using Google Earth to find the intersecting point, then cleaning up the accuracy with some clues)...we found this one then ended up doing another one on Black Mountain which we also found so 2/3 for the day...

saturday i found 2/2 on my own - 1 was on Aki's Hill and the other was a micro-cache placed by Suze in Bruce...after that it was off to umpire a 5th grade 1-day match at Aranda between Weston Creek and North Canberra Gungahlin...

sunday was a full carload to sydney for cricket with my two usual super-subs plus another fill-in...despite their efforts we lost by 6 wickets...on the way back home we attempted 2 caches, locating one...all good fun but boy were there lots of bugs out last night...

back on the bike to work this morning - it was already 22 degrees when i rode in...
