good to get back into some faster stuff...cool conditions with a bit of wind about...

also starting to map out my training schedule for the Canberra Half Marathon on 14 May...i'm looking at a 14 week lead in so the week commencing 6 Feb will be the start...will require some juggling as the cricket season (playing & umpiring) will still have 7 weeks to run but it should work out ok...

Now just convert those sub 4 minute k pace runs to a 5k Customs run under 20 minutes!

I think the secret to a fast half marathon is long slow running for most of the training, and lots of it. The shorter faster runs though are useful as an indicator of how much you are improving.. I recommend the Summer Series races (Tuesday nights) if you are able to attend.
