Sunday night, I followed Tim and his mate Peter online as they raced in the second event of the the OTILLO Swimrun World Series, this time in Uto, Sweden...they were very happy with their time of 5:46:09 in finishing 80th...what a crazy event!

quiet day as usual yesterday other than running a bit later than usual...walked the boys then bused in to work...

was quite pleasant for this morning's walk and ride in...
