a quick shower then it was off to Narrabundah with Hodge...we got there early (just after 6:10pm) and were done by 7:30pm...Hodge looks and smells "pretty"...
walked the boys in light rain this morning which got heavier by the time I walked from the yachet club into work...my shorts were soaked!
had physio...got more exercises and go back again in two weeks...will WALK BBQ stakes next week...
also got my running technique assessment report back from Will and a link to my running assessment video...ignore the date, it should read 1 May 2018!
