yesterday was my first Tuggeranong parkrun in three weeks...my Achilles wasn't as sore as Wednesday but there won't be any faster running for a while...

golf was a 4BBB v stableford event...didn't have a good game although I did finish with a birdie on the last...

this morning I got Tammie to come out with me to get a cache at Weston Park which was sans log on Monday...it was a good one to do as it meant I had to go into the water up to mid-thigh depth...two curious swans came to check out what we were doing...

this was followed by lunch at Cafe Injoy at Gold Creek with Tammie, squiggle, mum & dad and Jodie & Lisa...was a fun lunch with lots of laughter at Jodie's shopping stories...

afterwards, Tammie and I found another cache while squiggle went to The Lolly Shop with Jodie & Lisa...
