Urban Polaris Results and a long run...

we ended up finishing 65th out of 96 teams (another 9 teams did not start)...

the winning team (Nathan Versey & Seb Dunne) collected 570 points in 6:44 and visited 36 out of a possible 38 controls...

the winning women's team (Claire Whiteman & Cara Paton) were 7th overall and collected 450 in 6:54 (26/38)...

the winning mixed team (Keiran Macdonnell & Clare Lonergan)were 4th overall and collected 500 in 6:51 (30/38)...Janene & Gregg finished 42nd overall/4th in the mixed super vets with 320 in 6:41 (21/38)...

we ended up 4th in the women's vets...the winning team collected 400 in 6:49 (24/38)...

the most popular control with 90 visits was the Canberra Railway Museum and the control with the least visits (4) was the Tuggeranong Schoolhouse in Chisholm...

the full results are here...looks like it will be an annual event - next year we will have to visit the south controls!

yesterday I did my long run before caddying for Tammie at Murrumbidgee...it was quite muggy after the overnight rain...

up early for this morning's walk - it was quite damp...tonight's street O is at Curtin, I'll be pushing to get the 20 in under the hour...
