home in time to catch the end of the women's T20 with India winning to win the series 2-0 with one game to play...

had a meeting about the ACTVAC website at Mick Corlis' house...he's done a heap of work to fix it up after we had to change hosts after malicious attacks on the code...

a big field for parkrun with 354...another muggy run...

the stats:
start temp/humidity: 14.7/95% (apparent temp same)

total time: 22:31

38th (again) out of 354, age 71.21%...4th female out of 172...1st W45-49 out of 21...one unknown ahead of me this week, Brad Hetharia running with Scotty I...

golf was again stableford but unlike last week we didn't get to complete the round with heavy rain and lightning forcing us from the course...we were the last group of the women and finished the 12th while the first group was on the 15th to have the longest walk back...

it was made into a 9 hole comp and I managed to win a ball with 16pts...both Tammie and I had hit our straps on the back 9 so it was disappointing not to finish...

yesterday's long run was a bit later than normal...it was quite windy...

the stats:
start temp/humidity: 16.4/68% (apparent temp same)
start time: 10:02am
total distance: 14.42
total time: 80:00
avg pace: 5:33
total calories: 955
avg HR: 134
recovery HR: 96/43

I took Hodge over to visit mum and dad then maintained a cache for Suze next to Kuringa Dr before heading home via Majura...it started to rain quite heavily as we approached Glenlock Interchange...such weird weather we've been having...

this morning's walk was in light rain...I left setting the bikes up on my car for street O...as it's on the Kambah East map, we can get them after work...
