Mona...

doubled up today with a gym session and an interval session...

drove to the gym today, knowing I was running after...Day 1 (chest/shoulders/triceps/abs)...changes:

  • db incline bench press - 17.5kg...1x6/1x8
  • bb bench press - 40kg...1x8/1x6...struggled with my right arm
  • assisted dips - weight decreased to 25kg (harder)...3x6

after a quick break at home, I headed out to do a Mona Fartlek session...the blustery conditions made it challenging but it was a good solid session...

finished with a 10min warm down...

no real plans for the rest of the day, maybe some caching, maybe some shopping...
