was running late so didn’t get to the gym until 7:30am, oops....did mean that there were less people there so no waiting on equipment...
Day 2 program (back/legs/biceps)...changes:
- db bench row (2x4-6) - weight increased, 17.5kg (3x6)
- standing ezybar bicep curls (2x8-10) - weight increased, +7.5kg (2x10)
today
an easy run at lunch in ideal conditions...ran up the Acton Hill peninsula twice, anything to help my C2S preparation!...

my right shin had a sore spot after the run so I spent the afternoon icing...
in the end I decided not to do speedygeese as I’d rather miss this session and run long on Saturday...hopefully it’ll be right for the weekend...at least I did the hills session earlier in the week...
managed to do a couple of caches on the way home
