Romanian...

today

Day 2 of the new program...some new exercises I haven't done before too...

  • db bench row (2x4-6) - 15kg (3x6)
  • lat pulldown (2x6-8) - 45kg (2x8)
  • eccentric chin up (1x6-8) - bodyweight (1x8)
  • db pullovers (2x8-10)- 10kg (2x10)
  • bb squats (3x6-8) - 55kg (3x8)
  • single leg leg press (3x6-8 each leg) - 40kg (3x8
  • bb Romanian deadlifts (2x8-10) - 40kg (2x10)
  • incline db bicep curls (3x4-6) - 9kg (3x6)
  • standing ezybar bicep curls (2x8-10) - +5kg (2x10)
  • single leg back extensions (2x10 each leg) - (2x10 each leg)

gave myself an early mark...seems to be a regular Friday occurence!

plans for the weekend:

Saturday - long run / golf

Sunday - playing Queanbeyan @ Amaroo, 10am
