"A" for...

arrived at the gym to find that my misplaced card had been filed under "A"...does that stand for awesome, average or awful??!

Day 1 of the program

  • barbell bench press - weight upped to 45kg, managed 1x6 & 1x4
  • eccentric barbell bench press - unchanged
  • dumbbell bench press - weight upped back to 17.5kg, managed 2x6 with a little assistance on the 6th rep of the 2nd set
  • dumbbell flys - unchanged
  • dumbbell side raises - unchanged
  • ezybar french press - unchanged
  • tricep extension - weight upped to 80lbs, managed 2x10
  • pulse crunches/bicycle obliques/medicine ball romans - got the romans back to 30 each side after easing to 25 on Monday due to sore ribs

a good hard session...
